- Generators
Building Permits are not required for items such as painting, cosmetic repairs or maintenance.
You do not need a permit to hold a yard sale.
A Zoning Permit is required for the placement of any structure on a property to insure correct setbacks from a neighboring property. A Zoning Permit is required to be approved prior to issuance of a Building Permit.
