Sign up for Savvy Citizen for FREE via the App Store, the Google Play store, or at Warrington Township Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 10, at 5:30PM at the Warrington Township Municipal Building, to consider the adopting of the following ordinance:
“AN ORDINANCE RESTRICTING THE MAXIMUM WEIGHT OF VEHICLES PERMITTED TO TRAVEL OVER QUAKER MEETING ROAD BRIDGE; AUTHORIZING THE POSTING OF APPROPRIATE SIGNS; ESTABLISHING PENALTIES; AND PROVIDING FOR ENFORCEMENT.”
The purpose of this ordinance is to establish a maximum allowable weight for the Quaker Meeting Bridge in order to protect public safety and preserve the structural integrity of the bridge.
